What does the new customer need to do?

If you stop halfway during registration, TIME’s FAQ says you should return to the referral link and start again so the signup remains connected to the referral flow.
When does the RM50 discount appear?
TIME’s home FAQ states that the RM50 referee bill discount may take up to 45 days to appear after successful activation. If other promotions or bill discounts apply first, any excess referral amount may be carried forward according to TIME’s referral FAQ.
Can returning or existing customers use the referral discount?
TIME states that the referee should be a new TIME Fibre Home subscriber. Returning or existing customers may not be eligible, and TIME can decide whether a customer qualifies as new.
